Description
A single protea flower dominates the cream ground, its layered petals rendered in coral and dusty rose with a delicate white center, surrounded by deep green leaves on a slender stem. The watercolor technique captures both the botanical precision of a scientific study and the soft, organic quality of hand-painted naturalism. At home in a botanist's study or a room that celebrates the natural world. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
