Description
A composition of stacked checkerboard patterns in blue and white, yellow and black, and green and cream creates a playful study in geometric repetition and color contrast. The overlapping sections suggest mid-century graphic artwork sensibilities, with each band of checks rendered in a slightly different visual rhythm that shifts the optical effect across the piece. In a retro-inspired space, a creative studio, or anywhere graphic design history feels at home. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
