Towering rust-colored canyon walls rise dramatically on either side of a calm, sediment-laden river that reflects the clear blue sky above. The composition draws the eye through the narrow gorge, where bands of geological stratification and patches of green vegetation cling to the shadowed lower slopes, creating a sense of immense scale and quiet solitude. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
