Description

A dense patchwork collage of printed fabric swatches assembles a grid of global textile patterns, each square revealing a printed rendering of ornate embroidery, bold geometric motifs, rich weaving, and intricate detail work in jewel tones, warm earth hues, and saturated reds. The composition celebrates the layered complexity of bohemian and South Asian textile traditions, where every fragment speaks to handmade craft and cultural pattern-making across regions. Soft micro-twill, cut and sewn by hand into a rectangular cushion with a hidden zip, insert included and made to order. The lumbar piece that finishes a sofa or bed, carrying an independent artist's work instead of store-shelf filler.

About The Artist

For as long as I can remember, art has been my way of life. I have a degree in interior design. I've always loved patterns on fabrics and home goods and when I'm drawing, I'm often thinking about how the illustration's assets can be used to create a cohesive pattern collection. My artwork tends to have a retro or vintage vibe incorporated into modern aesthetics. My inspiration comes from many things, but nature, interior design and passion for travel are among the top inspirational forces.
