Description
A burgundy suzani textile from Southwest Uzbekistan displays ornate embroidered borders framing a deep wine-colored central field, with traditional motifs including stylized pomegranates, flowers, and geometric patterns rendered in gold, cream, and jewel tones. The composition balances dense decorative bands at top and bottom against a restful open center, creating rhythmic visual weight that speaks to centuries of Central Asian textile craftsmanship. At home in a globally-inspired living room or a collector's gallery wall. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
