Description
A traditional East Caucasian rug displays intricate geometric and floral patterns arranged in horizontal bands across a richly colored ground of deep blue, red, and cream. Star-shaped medallions and ornamental borders in warm golds and whites create a rhythmic, symmetrical composition that reflects centuries of textile craftsmanship from the Shirvan Kuba region. At home in a globally-inspired living room or study filled with collected treasures. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
