A tall residential building in SoHo displays the neighborhood's characteristic cast-iron facade, with rows of regular windows framed by ornamental columns and decorative stonework in warm cream and tan tones. A dark metal fire escape zigzags dramatically down the front face, creating bold linear contrast against the orderly geometric grid of the architecture.
