Description

A cluster of full-petaled dahlias fills the composition in rich grayscale, their layered blooms rendered with precise botanical detail and soft gradations of tone. The flowers emerge from shadow at the bottom of the frame, creating a sense of quiet intimacy and drawing focus to the intricate geometry of each petal. Bound with 52 pages of 70lb paper, lined or unlined, behind an anti-scuff matte cover with wraparound artwork, made to order. About The Artist

Olivia's love of nature and passion for photography are intertwined, resulting in happy landscapes and modern botanicals. Recently, she has expanded her creative pursuits to include watercolor/ acrylic painting, printmaking and collage. She has spent time at artist residencies in 2018-2020 where she learned new art forms and taught workshops. Inspiration comes from immersing herself in wild places and practicing mindfulness where she sees everyday objects in beautiful new ways.
