Description
Two intertwined male figures merge in a densely stippled black-and-white composition, one rendered as a living face and torso while the other transforms into an anatomical skull, their bodies pressing together in an intimate embrace. The dotwork technique creates a grainy, textured surface that shifts between figuration and memento mori imagery, evoking themes of duality, mortality, and human connection. For a gallery wall, a bedroom with darker aesthetics, or spaces celebrating contemporary figure drawing. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
