Description

A fan of vertical green leaves radiates outward from a centered point against a soft pale green ground, evoking the botanical abstractions of Henri Matisse's cut-paper work. Bold capital lettering reading "MATISSE" anchors the top of the composition, while additional text in smaller type grounds the piece with institutional and archival information, creating the aesthetic of a museum poster from mid-century modernism. Made to order on soft fabric, artwork on the front and white on the back, sized to layer with your bedding. Art that finishes the bed rather than filling it.
