Description
A prickly pear cactus with plump, rounded paddles stands rooted in sandy ground against a terracotta-colored adobe wall and pale sky. The artist renders the plant in rich sage green with careful anatomical detail, while a turquoise wooden door frame punctuates the warm, arid composition with cool contrast. At home in a southwestern-inspired space or desert lover's sanctuary. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
