Description

Horizontal bands of soft watercolor wash across the composition in dusty rose, sage green, ochre, and warm brown, creating the impression of a landscape dissolving into pure color and light. Delicate linear marks in deeper tones suggest horizons or reflections, while the translucent layers blend and bleed into one another with the fluid spontaneity of wet pigment on paper. Bound with 52 pages of 70lb paper, lined or unlined, behind an anti-scuff matte cover with wraparound artwork, made to order. About The Artist

Olivia's love of nature and passion for photography are intertwined, resulting in happy landscapes and modern botanicals. Recently, she has expanded her creative pursuits to include watercolor/ acrylic painting, printmaking and collage. She has spent time at artist residencies in 2018-2020 where she learned new art forms and taught workshops. Inspiration comes from immersing herself in wild places and practicing mindfulness where she sees everyday objects in beautiful new ways.
