About Circa 78 Designs Born a little too late to fully enjoy the decade, Rachel Breeden is a long-time maker of things and lover of 70s-inspired bright colors + bold graphics. (She watched a lot of Sesame Street as a child and it left a strong impression on her developing brain.)
