Description

A decorative ornamental frame in black and gold encloses text reading "Tax the Rich Give to the Poor" against a warm peach ground, rendered in a bold, hand-drawn style with flourishing botanical motifs at top and bottom. The composition balances political statement with ornamental elegance, using rich golds, terracottas, and deep browns to create a piece that feels both earnest and decorative. Care
