Description
A single Texas bluebonnet rises from delicate green foliage against a soft white ground, its spike of densely packed blue-purple flowers rendered in luminous watercolor. The composition centers the flower with botanical precision, capturing the translucent quality of petals and the subtle gradations of indigo and violet that define this native wildflower. At home in a naturalist's study or a room celebrating Texas heritage and wildflower meadows. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
