Description

A lush arrangement of tropical foliage and blooming flowers in jewel tones of teal, coral, and red rises from patterned ceramic vessels against a soft pink background, its exuberant profusion contrasting sharply with the dark navy botanical wallpaper that anchors the lower half of the composition. The layered, decorative approach celebrates both the abundance of nature and the ornamental patterns humans use to frame it, creating a richly textured tableau that feels both intimate and theatrical. Printed on oversized, premium-weight sheets and made to order, five to a pack. Gifts wrapped in an independent artist's work rather than mass-market roll paper.

About The Artist

Lara Meintjes is a South African illustrator, happily living in Oakland, California while she is working towards a PhD at UC Berkeley. She is particularly interested in color and is delighted by the millions of sneaky tigers she has included in her paintings over the years. She can usually be found drinking tea and occasionally, completely accidentally, paint water. She wishes she smoked a pipe.
