Description
A figure rendered in simple line drawing holds an open book where their head should be, from which a tangle of illustrated characters and vignettes spill outward in energetic black ink. The composition uses warm beige and terracotta tones against the figure's minimal white form, capturing a contemplative moment where imagination overflows from the act of reading. At home in a reader's study or a creative workspace. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
