Description
Blue ink pastoral scenes repeat across a cream ground in the classic toile de Jouy style, featuring delicate landscapes with trees, buildings, figures, and architectural details rendered in fine linework. The composition creates a rhythmic, all-over pattern that evokes 18th-century French textile traditions through its nostalgic countryside imagery and restrained two-color palette. At home in a traditional dining room or study with classic furnishings. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
