Description
A geometric diamond motif anchors the center of this North Persian textile, surrounded by smaller diamond shapes arranged in a symmetrical cross pattern, all rendered in deep crimson and burgundy against a warm cream ground. The composition is framed by a bold dark border filled with repeating geometric ornaments in rust, cream, and navy, with triangular sawtooth edging that echoes the traditional weaving patterns of the Varamin region. At home in a globally-inspired living space or beside a collection of textile art. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
