Description
A cream-toned topographic map from 1895 depicts the railroad networks and terrain of the Adirondack Mountains region, with fine lines tracing routes, elevation contours, and geographical features across the composition. The aged paper surface and brown ink create a warm, historical atmosphere that speaks to centuries of exploration and transit through this rugged landscape. At home in a study, library, or the office of a history enthusiast or rail buff. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
