Description
A historical cartographic rendering of St. Augustine, Florida from 1937 layers cream paper tones with blue waterways, red street markings, and delicate line work that traces the urban grid and natural waterways with meticulous precision. The composition balances the geometric logic of city planning against the organic curves of rivers and coastal features, creating a sense of order within natural geography. At home in a study, library, or the space of a history enthusiast or Florida native. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
