Fifteen whales rendered in soft purples, lavenders, and blues float across a dark black ground in a grid-like arrangement, each one slightly different in hue and posture. The delicate, translucent quality of the creatures creates a dreamy, contemplative mood, as if observing a gentle migration through deep waters. At home in a child's room, a marine lover's sanctuary, or a meditative space. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
