A cream-colored leaf with organic, flowing lobes floats against a vivid cobalt blue ground, its form suggesting the botanical cutouts of Henri Matisse. The composition is centered and meditative, with the leaf's asymmetrical branches creating a sense of natural movement while the flat color field and clean edges emphasize the artist's hand in abstraction.
