Tropical Sling Chair

My order says that everything has been shipped, and delivered, yet I have not received the wooden frame for the chairs. The fabric looks beautiful- but need the frames to put them on.

We received two matching sling chairs back in late March. One of the chairs broke after arriving when my 170 lb fiancé sat in it for the first time. Society6 customer service was excellent in refunding us for the broken chair. We were hesitant to replace it, though, because we now had doubts about the quality of the chairs. We figured we would see how it went with the second chair. It was good of us to wait. After a Philadelphia summer outside, the chair failed to meet our expectations. The wood has really deteriorated and has even warped. (We actually stopped sitting in it months ago.) And, while we still like the artwork we selected for the fabric sling, the fabric that is on the chair now is from the broken chair because the fabric that came with the unbroken chair became so sun-bleached by July. In sum, the quality of materials selected by Society6 for this product were subpar. It was not worth the price.
