Description
A segmented serpent in black ink coils across a cream ground, each section labeled with colonial initials, while bold text reads "JOIN, or DIE" along the right edge. The composition echoes Benjamin Franklin's famous 1754 political cartoon, rendered in a classical woodcut style within a double-lined border that evokes aged parchment and Revolutionary-era print traditions. At home in a history study, patriotic space, or room celebrating American heritage. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
