Description
Horizontal bands of watercolor wash across cream paper in a landscape of warm earth tones, from pale beige at the top through golden yellow and burnt sienna to deep charcoal at the base. The ragged, organic edges where each layer meets create a sense of natural stratification, as though viewing layered soil or distant horizons rendered in soft pigment. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
