Description
Black semicircles and curved segments interlock across a white field in this bold linocut composition, their edges worn with the characteristic texture of carved relief printing. The forms suggest stacked bowls or abstract geological layers, creating a rhythmic, almost textile-like pattern through repetition and negative space. At home in a modern entryway, study, or gallery wall seeking graphic contrast. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
