A traditional kilim textile pattern unfolds in a symmetrical vertical composition, its cream center panel populated with geometric diamond and hexagonal motifs in red, blue, and gold. Bold chevron and abstract borders in deep red and navy frame the artwork, their angular forms creating a sense of rhythmic movement around the ordered geometric field. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
