A traditional Kurdish rug displays a commanding central diamond medallion in deep navy blue adorned with intricate floral motifs in rust and gold, set against a warm sand-colored field with smaller geometric ornaments anchoring the composition. Richly patterned borders in red and navy frame the artwork, their repeating flower and vine work creating a sense of timeless craftsmanship and cultural heritage. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
