Description
A traditional Kurdish rug displays an intricate central medallion filled with interlocking floral and geometric patterns rendered in cream, gold, and deep navy against a rich crimson ground. Ornate borders frame the composition in layered bands of complementary reds, golds, and turquoise, creating a sense of depth and classical symmetry that speaks to centuries of textile craftsmanship. At home in a gallery wall, a study, or any space that honors global textile traditions. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
