Interlocking curved loops and geometric shapes create a seamless tessellation across a stark black-and-white ground, evoking the graphic vocabulary of mid-century modernism. The repeating pattern has a rhythmic, almost musical quality, with bold negative space playing as integral to the composition as the solid forms themselves. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
