Description
A classic checkerboard pattern of alternating black and white squares appears to ripple and undulate across the composition, as if the flat grid has been bent and warped by an invisible force. The optical distortion creates a hypnotic, three-dimensional effect that challenges the eye's perception of what should be rigid geometry. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
