Seven palm trees stretch across a pale gray ground, their trunks angling downward in a rhythmic diagonal pattern while their fronds cluster at the top in silhouette. Shot from below in high-contrast black and white, the composition captures a minimalist, almost graphic quality that emphasizes the geometric relationship between the trees and the sky. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily.
