Description
Undulating serpentine forms in olive, plum, chocolate, and cream weave across a dense, stippled ground that creates a mesmerizing sense of movement and texture. The composition channels the sinuous curves of a boa constrictor frozen mid-motion, rendered in a pointillist technique that gives the entire surface a tactile, almost mosaic-like quality. At home in a naturalist's study or an eclectic, pattern-forward interior. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
