A grid of interlocking geometric tiles fills the composition with a tessellating pattern of diagonal lines and angular shapes in black ink on a cream ground. The repetitive linear hatching creates a hypnotic optical effect, with each tile shifting direction to build a rhythmic, maze-like whole that rewards close looking.
