Coral and crimson floral medallions anchor the corners and top of this geometric composition, their ornate centers radiating outward in concentric rings. The field between them blooms with densely scattered navy, coral, and cream flowers across a pale blue ground, all rendered in the intricate, symmetrical language of traditional Central Asian embroidery. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
