Description
A checkerboard pattern in warm browns, tans, and cream shifts and warps across the composition as if viewed through rippling water, creating a hypnotic optical illusion. The squares appear to undulate and twist, their edges bending inward and outward, generating a sense of movement and depth that challenges the flatness of the surface. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
