Description
A receding tunnel of geometric rectangular frames creates an illusion of infinite depth, rendered in stark black and white with strong diagonal shadows that emphasize the angular architecture. The composition draws the eye through concentric doorways toward a vanishing point, evoking the expressionist visual language of early German cinema with its sharp contrasts and disorienting perspective. At home in a study, gallery wall, or space that celebrates cinema history and graphic design. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
