Description

A jewel-toned beetle rendered in bold outlines sits centered against a hot pink ground, its shell radiating golden yellows, teals, and oranges in geometric segments. Stars scattered symmetrically around the insect create a celestial, almost spiritual quality, while the graphic line work and flat color palette give the piece a modern folk-art sensibility. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
