A delicate cluster of white and purple cattleya orchids rises from a central stem with soft green leaves, their petals rendered in pale lavender, cream, and deep mauve tones. The composition floats against a near-white ground with a watercolor's gentle layering, capturing the orchids' fragile geometry and the subtle gradations of natural light across their faces. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
