Description
A botanical study of citrus fruits displays four golden and yellow specimens at various stages of ripeness, each rendered with precise detail and accompanied by delicate flowering branches and leaves rendered in soft greens and earth tones. The composition arranges the fruits and botanicals across a cream ground with subtle naturalistic balance, capturing both the fruit's form and the plant's living character in the manner of 19th-century scientific illustration. At home in a kitchen, dining room, or a space that celebrates natural history and culinary heritage. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
