Description
Two interlocking octagonal medallions in burnt orange and cream sit centered on a dark indigo ground, framed by striped borders in coral red and navy with geometric floral accents. The composition draws from traditional Caucasian weaving patterns, rendered with visible aging and texture that speaks to both historical textile craft and printmaking technique. For a space drawn to global textiles, folk traditions, and layered cultural history. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
