Description
Two deer face each other across a vertical sword or staff crowned with ornamental finials, their bodies rendered in golden thread against a deep terracotta ground. The composition draws from classical tapestry traditions, with delicate floral motifs and scrolling vines framing the central pair in a symmetrical, heraldic arrangement that suggests both nobility and natural harmony. At home in a traditional study, a cultured library, or a room that honors heritage textiles. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
