Description
A weathered blue wall bearing faded white lettering and asterisks in a stacked, architectural composition speaks to the layered history of Mexican street signage. The surface is textured with peeling paint and rust-colored stains that reveal the passage of time, creating a tactile record of urban life in Oaxaca. At home in a travel-inspired space or eclectic gallery wall. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
