Description

A flock of waterfowl congregates on a frozen or partially frozen lake, rendered in watercolor with warm golden light breaking through winter clouds above. Dried marsh grasses in deep rust and brown occupy the foreground, while bare trees frame the composition on either side, creating a sense of quiet anticipation at the threshold of the hunting season. Crafted from bamboo and made to order, with a drilled hole so it hangs on the wall as easily as it works on the counter. A kitchen essential carrying an independent artist's work, not a blank block from the big-box aisle.
