Description

Layered botanical forms crowd a near-black ground, where pale pink roses and cream tulips nestle among deep burgundy blooms, mustard leaves, and glimpses of birds rendered in rich earth tones. The composition reads as a dense, romantic garden frozen in time, with the artist employing detailed linework and muted jewel tones to create an atmosphere of vintage natural history illustration.
