Description
A richly patterned Persian rug artwork unfolds across a deep crimson ground, densely populated with leaping gazelles, graceful birds, flowering vines, and ornamental foliage rendered in cream, gold, and jewel tones. The composition radiates from an intricate symmetrical structure, with delicate botanical details and wildlife interwoven in the traditional manner of classical carpet artwork. At home in a formal sitting room or study lined with books and antiques. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
