Description
A dense floral pattern in jewel tones of plum red, light teal, sapphire, and navy blue fills the composition with ornate botanical and geometric motifs characteristic of 17th century Islamic textile artwork. Intricate vines, blooms, and arabesque forms interweave across the ground, creating a rhythmic, layered surface that rewards close looking with its elaborate decorative richness. At home in a traditional living room or study lined with books and antique furnishings. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
