Description

A bright yellow goldfinch with black and white wing markings perches atop purple thistle flowers rendered in soft, naturalistic detail. The composition centers the bird among tall thistle stems and spiky seed heads against a warm mauve background, creating a delicate balance between the vivid subject and its muted surroundings.
