Description
Two great bowerbirds perch together on a branch with delicate green leaves, rendered in precise detail with warm cream and soft tan tones dominating the composition. The birds display intricate feather patterns in charcoal and black, with one showing a distinctive purple-red head marking, all set against a pale naturalistic background that emphasizes their sculptural forms. For a naturalist's study, a Victorian-inspired interior, or a nature lover's gallery wall. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
